My Interpretation:

First of all, the main goal of a leader is not only a figurehead, a spokesman but someone who leads and manages a group or organisation.He/she will be the person who guides, directs and pushes the group to their desired goals.

A leader have to disseminate informations to their employees(managers), further spread the critical message, and report to the rest of the company. He or she is someone who’s able to disseminate information without having to do everything him/herself, but having his employees to follow his lead with his direct instructions. Therefore, having excellent communication skills is a crucial key to an effective leadership.
